Here’s the thing. You can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: earrings, ear cuffs, and any other items marked as “Final Sale.”
An item must be returned within 48 hours after the delivery ( the date listed on your receipt.)
Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork
Domestic Returns
Here are the steps that you need to follow to return your item:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the reason for the return
- Fill the label given by the courier on delivery time
- Return after 48 hours (the date listed on your receipt)
Return or exchange on the same payment form.
- Keep the item in the same package delivered. It will be returned to its origin. The tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
- You have 5-7 business days to return.

International returns
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.
Here are the steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the reason for the return
- Fill the return label form
- Keep the item in the same package delivered. It will be returned to its origin
- Drop it at your nearest UPS location
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Retail store return policy
No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Exchange or store credit will be given within 10 business days of the original receipt. Store credit is non-transferable.
Merchandise must be in new, perfect saleable condition and include complete product packing. An exchange or return may only be made in the same country as the original purchase. All sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be given.
